Weekly Running group

  • I lead a running group every Tuesday morning. Sessions run for an hour.
  • This is a great opportunity for anyone new to running or wanting to socialize and run in a group. The idea is to have fun and some banter along with serious running.
  • All ability runners or non-runners are welcome

  • I will work closely with you during these 1 on 1 sessions to improve running technique and achieve running targets
